It seems like one of the slow & bluey Mondays..
I am in a mood to read book.
As usual..
The ones in where the characters
are born in a king and queen era.
The rebellious Hero & The stubborn Heroine!
Haha..or maybe more to the Suspense thriller
yet with a tint of romance!

Well..Since I cant grab a book..
I was checking a few cool stuff..
and heres some for your view!

Vata

In Ayurveda, Vata is a cold dosha governed by air and ether.
"Vatas tend to be light, fast, wiry, creative people,"
says Amadea Morningstar,
author of The Ayurvedic Cookbook.
Although you're more prone to being underweight from poor digestion,
you can put on extra pounds if you eat too many sugary foods.

Especially when we tend to get
into one of those
mood swings
& start binging!)

Vata diet plan

"Choose warming foods and spices," says Morningstar,
and avoid cold or frozen foods and drinks.
Warm cooked whole grains, soups and hot drinks are especially healing.
Vatas should avoid raw foods, which are cold and take more energy to digest.
Also stay away from foods that create gas and causes Vata to be out of balance.

Eat more of:
  • Fruits: Avocados, bananas, berries, cherries, grapes, lemons
