yeah..before I knew it,
I was back from school..
sometimes I wonder why they bother with 2 hour classes..
gosh..hehe..
Some of my classmates might be frowning now
(if they happen to see this..keke*)
Today was public relations module..
We were having discussion about the REAL pr world..
I was partially day dreaming and disturbing my friends actually..
haha..what to do..being childrens day today..had to bring out the child in me!! keke..
okok..I did pay attention now and then k..
and the one thing that really caught my attention today
was the 'elevator time' discussion..
well, in other words,
'how would you promote youself
to someone within
2 mins to the max and 20secs to the least..?'
Ms.shalu was saying that in most of the interviews,
when they post this questions to the candidates,
all they get is a blank look or a 'hmm..erm''aaah..' kinda response for the first 10 or so seconds..
when all the management is looking for is an immidiate confidence answer..
Simply because if you cant promote youself,
how on earth are you gonna promote someone else's creation..? practical is nt it..?
anyway..2 minutes can be alot of time or too little time, depending on you..
what would you say about yourself in the elevator period?
